Volker Rail Supply Chain

Technotrack are pleased to announce that they are now part of Volker Rail's supply chain.

Technotrack has committed a site supervisor, Installation staff as well as SMTH testers to the Volker Rail Felixstowe Branch Capacity project. This project, for Network Rail, will see an upgrade to the Felixstowe branch line and space built for 1.4km of extra track, built as a loop line, to be laid between Trimley and the level crossing at Gun Lane. The £60m investment is part of Network Rail’s Railway Upgrade Plan and funded by the Strategic Freight Network with a contribution from Hutchinson Ports UK.
