I have been involved within the railway signalling industry for in excess of 30 years and as such have a large bank of experience to draw from. The industry is very progressive in nature and as such I have seen many changes during my career.
My role within the company is to ensure that all of the operational and commercial needs of the business are met and I am responsible for all matters concerning safety, health, environment and quality within the company. Safety for our staff is paramount and I have implemented procedures and guidelines for all areas of the business. I look forward to the continuing development of Technotrack as the Signalling Supplier of choice for years to come. |

I joined the Technotrack team in 2014 as the Production Director and I am enjoying developing the company now as Managing Director. Part of my role is conducting contract reviews to ensure the client’s contractual requirements and specifications are identified and to ensure that adequate resources are available to meet those specifications prior to formally tendering for work.
I have in excess of 17 years’ experience within the railway signalling industry, including technical and maintenance roles, new works and major projects. I have a good technical and practical knowledge of the railway industry and of the specialised tools and equipment required. I will always try to help progress the careers of others as I believe, with a strong team around you, you can move forward to achieve your goals. |
I joined Technotrack in April 2021 as the manager of the newly formed points division.
It is an exciting opportunity for me to put my knowledge and experience into building a division that will succeed the success I’ve seen on my previous projects. I have been extremely fortunate to have been involved in a plethora of points projects over the last 8 years. From planning and the G110 testing of niche jobs, which include: multiple points conversions new mechanical rodding runs and double slip renewals. Over the last 2 years I have successfully planned and executed over 80 points renewals for a variety of clients. Most notable work being leading teams for Network Rail from 2018-2021 implementing a preventive approach to maintenance to great effect, eliminating all repeat failures and RCM alarms on POE for Network Rail Saltley depot. I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together with the Team at Technotrack. |

I have been working at Technotrack since 2015 and have enjoyed every minute of it.
Technotrack is committed to both its clients and staff and has a fantastic approach to building new and developing existing relationships. I am the Company Secretary, which means my role is varied and interesting with no two days being the same. Among other things, I am responsible for the compliance department, including document control and audit preparation, the financial side of the business including invoicing, payroll, payments and banking, the procurement of products and services for the office, I look after the motor vehicle fleet and the general office administration. |
I joined the Technotrack Team in August 2020 as the Head of Signalling.
My Railway Signalling career started in 2002 and has seen me engaged in all aspects of signal engineering from track renewals, new works project schemes and maintenance. I have extensive technical, safety and management training and I have gained experience and appreciation of multiple railway and civil engineering disciplines including, track, OHLE, electrification, HV, LV, stations, tunnelling etc. My Role at Technotrack is to ensure compliance with technical standards, our staff are competent to undertake the tasks that they perform and are informed of all the current standards, specifications and best practise. I pride myself in being organised, approachable, customer focused a good leader of people and I always strive to achieve more. |

My Railway Signalling career started in 2002 as an apprentice S&T engineer. Actively involved in new works signalling installation projects, track renewals SMTH support and Maintenance duties. At Technotrack I am the sentinel manager and resource co-ordinator, I ensure that our workforce are informed of all of our clients requirements and are prepared for all of their duties including arranging training, transport and accommodation, I pride myself in being organised, approachable and a good "people person". |
