At Technotrack Engineering Ltd we are committed to our staff training programme and continuously monitor and review their requirements. To maintain our high standards, a senior member of the team regularly carries out site visits and competency assessments.
As a company, we believe in the importance of supplying qualified staff to our clients. As a business working within the ever evolving railway industry, we fully appreciate the demand for continuous development and training. As part of our commitment to our trainee programme, we have recently been working in partnership with Baltic Training Services and Infinity Training and Assessment Ltd with the Railway Traineeship to enrol three new Trainees on an apprenticeship scheme. |
We are very pleased to confirm that these three apprentices have now successfully achieved the level 3 Diploma in Railway Signalling Engineering. This will result in new blood entering the railway industry, again ensuring we have a competitive work force for tomorrow.
We also have an in-house IRSE Work Place assessor who ensures all our staff are IRSE licenced or working towards their licence. We are always looking to enhance our workforce with young, skilled railway technicians and by providing a comprehensive training programme and management oversight we believe we can offer a clear advantage to our team.
